We are currently accepting online entries and photos. Please click on the link to complete an entry form https://knoxcountyparks.org/barktoberfest-entry-form/ Once you submit your entry, we will contact you via email to receive your photo of your K9 in costume. The only requirement to the contest is that the dog MUST be photographed in one of our county parks  (please note that Ariel Foundation Park is not a park we maintain). Entries and photos must be submitted by 10:00 p.m. on October 24. Grab your leash and head for the trail, take a picture at one of our park signs! 

Photo submissions will be uploaded to our Facebook page on October 25 and run through October 31. Our Facebook followers will be asked to participate and vote on their favorite costume. We will let you know when the posting will go live so you may contact your friends/family to vote for your K9. Prizes will be given to the top three dogs!

On October 31, 10:00 am to noon we will be hosting a donation drive-by drop-off to benefit the local Animal Shelter at the Wolf Run Park. The shelter has requested Milk Bone Dog Treats or Dentastix Treats. We will be on hand to accept your donation without leaving your car! Come in costume and receive a doggy bag!
